The Malaysian Aviation Consumer Protection Code was recently updated and released by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM). We speak to Pushpalatha Subramaniam, MAVCOM's Director of Consumer and Public Affairs, to unpack how the Code safeguards the rights of air travellers, from addressing flight delays and cancellations, to the steps that consumers can take to seek redress.
