Top 5 at 5: Selangor Bankruptcy Highest in Malaysia

According to the Malaysian Insolvency Department, Selangor records more bankruptcy cases than any other state in Malaysia, with most coming from the public sector including teachers. Experts explain that civil servants with fixed incomes are likely to have loans approved, but it could lead to bankruptcy if the money is mismanaged. • Grab drivers solicit tips: A Facebook post gained some chatter online when a Grab driver sent a user additional messages asking for tips for petrol among other expenses.
