Top 5 at 5: Alleged Death from Caning Raises Concerns

An inmate from Pokok Sena Prison, Zaidi Abd Hamid, reportedly died after being caned, raising questions of medical negligence. SUHAKAM confirmed they received a report of the death, which followed severe bleeding after the caning. We discuss this further with Dobby Chew, CEO of HAYAT.
