Raya Music the Modern Way

We’re quickly approaching that time of year again when the festive cheerful music of Hari Raya echoes throughout households. So today, we’re sitting down with Almanina Alwani Badaruddin, lecturer of Music Composition at UiTM to speak about some of the classic Raya tunes that we know and love. We also discuss her work as a composer and songwriter under the stage name Alwagera and talk about her contributions to the rich catalogue of Malaysian Raya songs.
