An article from the New York Times has highlighted a rather interesting conundrum to the work from home system a lot of companies have adopted in response to the pandemic. Major studies have found that working from home has a negative impact on younger or junior level employees. First, we discussed the study’s findings, as well as the role feedback plays in building a career, and how that shifts depending on your seniority.
