Achieving Political Stability With Bipartisanship?

Unprecedented levels of cooperation have been promised between the government and the opposition with the signing of the MOU today. To explore the government's aim to ensure political stability, first, we look at the proposed reforms and what impact they will have on our governance. Next, we examine the significance of the MOU and how binding it is. Finally, will the opposition now put forth their long-promised shadow cabinet?
