Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah Dunia - The Fight For Citizen Kane

It was a clash of the titans. William Randolph Hearst - the lord and ruler of the American press. And Orson Welles - the Hollywood wonder boy who set out to dethrone him. It was a fight from which neither man ever fully recovered. Widely considered to be the greatest American movie ever made, Citizen Kane was a brutal portrait of newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst. When Hearst learned of Welles' film, he set out to protect his reputation by shutting the film down.

This month, on Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah Dunia, Umapagan Ampikaipakan and author Harlan Lebo sort through the facts and fictions of the battle over Citizen Kane.
