Troubles With Touch N Go?

The Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (Fomca) has called for the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) to be revamped over its perceived inaction on Touch ‘n Go’s alleged “monopolistic behaviour”. On top of that, the calls for the improvement of Touch n Go has been increasing. We dissect these issues, as well as possible ways for the system provider to improve.
