The President of Mercy Malaysia, Dato' Dr Ahmad Faizal Mohd Perdaus, has suggested for the government to set up a crisis preparedness fund to manage crises like the Covid-19 pandemic. We speak with Dr. Madeline Berma for her thoughts on this suggestion.
