Bob Baer Hunts Hitler

Robert Baer was a CIA case officer in the Directorate of Operations from 1976 to 1997, where he served in Middle Eastern countries, including Iraq and Lebanon. He's been involved in assassination attempts and government coups - and that's just the stuff he's told us. These days, Bob Baer leads a far less endangered existence. He writes books, works for CNN, and produces television for the likes of History.

Today, on The Evening Edition, Ezra and Uma speak to Bob Baer about his latest project, the quest to solve the longest cold case in history, an attempt at uncovering the truth behind whether or not Adolf Hitler killed himself in that bunker in 1945. They talk Hunting Hitler, but not before digressing into a conversation about the 1988 downing of Pan Am Flight 103, the siege of Abbottabad for Osama bin Laden, and Ahmed Chalabi - the man who lead America to war.
