On the last day of the Dewan Rakyat this year, MPs got into a heated argument over whether a debate on the flood disaster should be allowed in Parliament. Also, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin announced that the tabling of the amendments for the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act will be postponed to the next sitting.
