When Cloudflare stumbled, so did thousands of websites, apps, and digital services around the globe. It affected everything from banking transactions to social media feeds and even some AI platforms. For most users it felt like the internet itself had paused.

We want to understand what happened, why a single company can have this much impact, and what this means for businesses that depend on always-on digital infrastructure. Joining me is Suresh Srinivasan, Group Head of Cyber Security, Axiata Group Berhad.
