Gamification is the application of game-design elements and game principles in non-game contexts. Typically used in many organisations with high turnovers or to track daily/weekly/monthly performances of an individual in an organization but making the whole process a lot more fun with rewards based mechanics. Today however, gamification is being tested out in classrooms and we speak to Jegatheeswaran Manoharan, from Accordia to find out more.
