It’s All About Intellect

Intellect was founded on the observation that millions of people across the globe go through different forms of everyday struggles, big and small, at home and at work – but most without easy ways to get mental wellbeing support in the way that they need it. There are many apps out there that claim to help people with these struggles, whether it's through guided meditation, breathing exercises or discussion groups. Intellect are building an entirely new approach to mental healthcare that is preventative, instant, and made for everyone.
