Towards the end of 2018, Malaysia’s 2nd Internet Exchange was launched, the Johor Bahru Internet Exchange or JBIX for short, operated and privately funded by Extreme Broadband Sdn Bhd. But it's also the first Internet Exchange in Malaysia that welcomes peering between any types of organisations within Malaysia and abroad. If you’re wondering what this all means and what can this do for your business, Weng Yew Wong, the Managing Director for Extreme Broadband breaks it down for us.
