How Real is Star Wars?

Later this year, we have another Star Wars movie to enjoy. All that space travel, laser fights, robot companies is what makes science fiction absolutely breathtaking. The funny thing is though, if we look at our smartphones, smartwatches, rocket ships to mars, drones that fly themselves, machines talking to each other and talking to us, all these were previously figments of the imagination at some point ago. And we live application economy, whereby every business is a software business and this will likely be even more so in the future, as industries continue to disrupted and digitally transformed. So what will our future look like? Is it anything like the galaxy far far away? To give us a glimpse into a galaxy far far away is Stephen Miles, the Chief Technology Officer Asia Pacific & Japan for CA Technologies.
