Funding is at top of most startup’s list of headaches and worries. Keeping the lights on while growing the business and getting customers can be a painful task. Giving up though is not an option to be a successful entrepreneur. While there are many government agencies that have been established to help startups but not all are awarded the options to provide financial aid to startups and entrepreneurs. The Malaysian Technology Development Corp or MTDC is a company wholly owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad and is in the business of Fund Management, Incubation, Advisory and Nurturing Services. Seems like the core needs for many entrepreneurs out there. We speak to Haji Mohammad Hazani, MTDC Director Technology Ventures Division about how they’re empowering the next generation of technopreneurs in the country.
