2017 saw ransomware like WannaCry affecting over 200,000 devices followed by GoldenEye right after that, and things like CIA’s Vault7 hacks. A lot of things happened in 2017 but the thing is though, 2018 is another year that will see cybercriminals do even more damage if we don’t stay vigilant. David Rajoo, Director, Systems Engineering, Symantec Malaysia shares his predictions for 2018 in the cybersecurity space.
