In December Prime Minister Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim made major changes to his cabinet, including the appointment of EPF’s CEO Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan as second finance minister, promoting Steven Sim from deputy finance minister to human resources minister, and bringing back Gobind Singh Deo into the Cabinet to helm the newly formed Digital Ministry.
