The New Frontier of HR: Talent, Technology, and Transformation

HR practitioners in Malaysia are facing a multifaceted set of challenges as they navigate the current landscape of the workplace and workforce dynamics. Shaped by both global trends and local nuances, some of these challenges include talent management, retention as well as skills mismatch, and keeping pace with rapid technological changes such as integrating AI, machine learning, and data analytics into traditional HR functions.

The future of HR in Malaysia is going to be shaped by these technological innovations, in addition to the evolution of workplace norms, and the importance of HR functions in driving business success. Companies that embrace these changes and adapt their HR practices accordingly will be better positioned to thrive in the dynamic and competitive business environment.

In this episode, we speak with Christine Sterk, the Chief Business Officer at Pulsifi on how companies can leverage technology to enhance HR functions, develop and retain talents in order to create an inclusive and engaging culture at the workplace.
