But are these claims for real, or are they just marketing ploys to frame themselves as ESG conscious? Well according to Isentia, there’s plenty at risk for industries and brands when it comes to Greenwashing. We discuss the repercussions, and if there’s hope for those who’ve incurred the wrath of Malaysian consumers.
