How to Fight Well In The Workplace

DAP vs. UMNO. Liverpool vs. Manchester United. We’ve all seen how conflicts and rivalries can divide the world, so it’s no surprise to see it do the same in the workplace. But conflicts can come at a significant cost to organizations - environments where conflict is poorly managed are associated with high rates of employee turnover and absenteeism. So how do we best respond to conflict? Organisational psychologist and CEO of O-Psych Hetal Doshi talks to us about learning to fight well - how to take a punch well, and how to deliver ones that make a difference in the workplace.
