Joy On Demand

We've heard about all the benefits, but let's be honest- meditation is tough. And no one knows this better than Chade-Meng Tan, a former Google engineer and the man who pioneered the mindfulness movement in Silicon Valley. He's written a new book, Joy on Demand, which assures us that while the path to joy on demand is through mindfulness, it doesn’t have to be a lot of work, take a lot of time, or require you to abandon all your possessions and live in a hut on a remote island. We learn some simple exercises to help us access this source of happiness.
