Developing A Personal Growth Culture: Mindfulness Rather Than Multitasking

“For many years, I was very proud that I was able to ‘multitask’. In job interviews, I would proudly claim that this was one my biggest strengths. Fortunately for me, most HR practitioners were, and are possibly still sold on this myth, hence I got hired". It’s the third Monday of the month and Shankar shares how he’d disregard multitasking as a desirable skill as it is counter-intuitive. Instead, he’d talk about the need to be mindful to develop a personal growth culture.
