"Give me space!" Creating Context for Leadership Development in Teens.

A lot about who we are today is shaped from experiences we've had in our youth. It’s common knowledge that kids need to be given space to explore and experiment to allow them to form their identity while trying new things. Yet we sometimes forget that this space is necessary even till their teenage days. Even then, more emphasis is often placed on the kind of 'content' that young people are consuming today, instead of the 'context' of their development. Audrey Tong shares about what 'necessary development space' for youth looks like, and how that contributes to opportunities for positive learning experiences.
