Ala Carte - PULP

PULP is Papa Palheta’s flagship store in Malaysia. Started in 2009, Papa Palheta is a retail coffee boutique in Singapore which specializes in roasting and serving specialty coffee. The coffee company is one of the pioneers of Third Wave coffee in Singapore, a current worldwide movement aimed at producing first rate coffee through improving all stages of production, such as using high quality beans and unique cupping and roasting techniques to give customers coffee of excellent quality.  With every component of PULP, Papa Palheta seeks to contribute to the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, whilst serving honest specialty coffee and food to the community. Co-founder Marcus Foo joins us on the show to share the story behind the establishment.
