Millennials : Ferraris Stuck in a Garage

By 2025, Generation Y will represent 75% of the global workforce. And this is good news, as the Gen Y bring some important skills to the workplace as they are more tech savvy, curious, diverse, they understand the global marketplace and are research orientated. Unfortunately, these Millennials are also described as being lazy, selfish, needing instant gratification, and having no respect for authority. So how do we help the Gen Y gain meaningful employment and ensure they don’t become Ferraris stuck in a garage? Our friends from the Arbinger Institute and OneSynergyGlobal have the solution.
