For our properties, we set very clear boundaries – perimeter fencing, security guards, access cards, fortified front and backdoors, and so on. And yet, when it comes to ourselves, many of us don’t have boundaries and we run the risk of overextending ourselves past our limits, or being perpetually uncomfortable. As usual for the last Monday of the month, Human Equation founder Sheila Singam joins us in the studio to shed a light on the need for boundaries and how to set them, along with accompanying case studies.
