Parcel365, 24/7

If you’ve found your doorstep pile up with many deliveries over the past 6 months, you are not alone. According to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), total domestic shipments for parcels and documents rose to 61 million for the first quarter of this year, while total shipments for the second quarter of 2020 were estimated at almost 100 million. But instead of seeing a mountain of cardboard, perhaps having your own locker is a more attractive idea. Aaron Mark Pius, director of Parcel 365, discusses the benefits of using a smart locker, how he addresses the issue of the un-addressed, and his experience with the Alliance Bank BizSmart Challenge.
