In the era of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, influencers have become one of the most aspirational jobs. In a 2019 report by research firm Morning Consult, 86% of Gen Z and millennials surveyed would post sponsored content for money, and 54% would become an influencer given the opportunity. But how do new talents make themselves open to these opportunities, and how do brands find the right people to represent them?
