When you think of nose strips, you might imagine skincare routines or snoring aids. But what if nose strips could also enhance your workouts and improve sleep? That’s the idea behind PeakFlowTape, founded by Kooi Yi Xuan and Gan Chen Jie. Launched just last year, PeakFlowTape aims to make nasal breathing an essential part of both fitness and rest.
