Remote working has allowed many businesses and organisations to hire global talents to bolster their workforce. While this is a positive development, it also opens up a Pandora's box of issues from managing the different time zones to other challenges that might come from having a global team collaboration. We speak to Joelle Pang, general manager of FastJobs Asia to get an insight into this unique position and its issues with a look at how it can be addressed.
