A week ago, the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) announced that the fees employers need to pay for micro-credential training programmes will incur an additional cost of RM300 per head. We discuss what role micro-credentials play in our businesses, whether we need it while we cover what transpired over the week.
