Microsoft’s latest Work Trend Index report has been released and it shows some interesting data around the current work trends. One of which is a growing gap in how different employers and employees perceive hybrid working. We speak to Rosalind Quek, General Manager for Modern Work at Microsoft Asia to explain about this study and its key findings.
