For a while, it seemed like workplaces around the world were going to permanently adapt the hybrid work model as a new way of life. But with restrictions being lifted as vaccination rates reach satisfactory levels, many companies have surprisingly switched back to in-office culture, almost as a way to transition back to the days when remote working wasn’t an option to begin with. We speak to Gibu Mathew from Zoho about this trend, and why companies should seriously reconsider the hybrid work model regardless of the pandemic.
