An economist has warned that the Covid-19 pandemic has exposed the country to the increased risk of structural unemployment.

The persistent pandemic and the country’s push towards digital transformation has left hundreds of thousands of Malaysians without jobs.

But is this just something that we have to push through if we want to be a thoroughly digital economy? And are our kids that are in school on the right track, is the Malaysian Education Blueprint up to speed?
