Overexposure to social media has been shown to cause depression and anxiety in teenagers. Apparently it’s no different for heavy-users like models and celebrities as well. With a phone case bearing a warning on the back, Instagram influencers have taken to the platform to spread awareness about the dangers of social media. The irony isn’t lost on them either.
