Employment Act Amended! Here’s Why It’s Important

For years, industry experts have spoken about the importance of adequate maternity and paternity leave, and the impact it has on employee wellbeing. More recently, the importance of flexible work arrangements has been an ongoing hot topic. With the government’s recent amendment to the Employment Act, both these issues have been addressed in a significant way that puts us on the level of many developing countries around the world. But, there’s always more work to be done, and we speak to an expert to find out how we can move forward from here.
