最近中国最大资产管理公司之一，人称「富人的财富管理公司」的「中植集团」以无力清偿债务为由，引发市场高度关注。其实中植最早从事的是造纸和房地产业，它也以分散股权的方式层层掌控十多家上市公司，是中国A股市场的「资本大鳄」。可它于1月5号在北京法院申请破产并获得法院受理清算，成了2024年爆的第一颗大雷！所以，让我们来了解这在资本市场呼风唤雨的商业帝国是怎么暴雷的。
