2013年,刚上任不久的中国国家主席习近平提出「丝绸之路经济带」倡议和共同建设21世纪「海上丝绸之路」,开启了「一带一路」的大国外交战略核心。以推动跨区域经济合作,加速中国企业的国际化进程。现在10年过去了,原本豪情壮志的对外输出基础建设计画,早已开始收缩和出现变调。 “一带一路倡议”造就了很多的奇迹,但也伴随着很多争议,到底有没有达到预期中的经济效益还是一个“债务陷阱”?今天就带你盘点十年一带一路的成绩单。
