近年来，身心灵成长课程成为许多人寻求内在平静的选择，但同时，我们也看到一些课程被指控操控心理、甚至沦为「邪教」。如何分辨正邪？这些课程带来的是救赎，还是枷锁？

随着社会压力与孤独感加剧，越来越多人因心理脆弱而渴望灵性补完。有些课程甚至利用这种心理状态，让学员对团体产生过度依赖，甚至上演脱离常理的行为。不止，我们最近也看到自杀事件频频发生，社会到底怎么了？心理支持是否足够？
