Covid-19 has left many of us feeling stressed out or anxious, and it's definitely taking a toll on our well-being. But research across the world is increasingly supporting the view that nature, plants and just a touch of greenery in our lives, can counter these negative emotions. As we stay home more during this CMCO, we explore whether nature and gardening does indeed have consoling powers.
