Making Sense of the Vague Finas Act

The Malaysian government has claimed that Al Jazeera made their controversial documentary without obtaining the necessary licensing from Finas. We talk to a lawyer & filmmaker to help us make sense of this vague law enacted in the 80s, to find out if Al Jazeera’s documentary was indeed illegal, and if we’re all unlawful citizens for posting videos of our cats doing backflips.
