Helping Kids Cope With the Pandemic

COVID-19 may be sparing most kids' bodies, but the fallout from the pandemic is having an impact on their young minds. We look at how the mental health of children and adolescents are being affected by this pandemic, before homing in on how the Suriana Welfare Society is trying to help children in the B40 community in Desa Mentari, cope with the stresses of the pandemic.

The counselling sessions for the Desa Mentari community will be free, but they are looking for certified counsellors to join them and help out. If you're interested to help out in any way, you can call them at 1-300-88-2200, or just head to their website at suriana.org or their FB page, to find out more.
