In a recent ‘Dear Mariella’ column on The Guardian, a 19 year old girl wrote in saying that she’s lost her spark for life. There are also loads of queries on sites like Reddit and Quora, in which young people ask what they can do if they’ve lost their spark for life. We speak to an expert to find out!
