Coping with Loneliness in a Lockdown

It’s the third day of the second MCO for many states, and if you’re working from home and starting to feel somewhat lonely again, you’re not alone. Since the Covid-19 pandemic started, loneliness has been a large part of the conversations around our mental health. And while we’ve been used to social restrictions and staying at home more often, that doesn’t mean we no longer experience anxiety from social isolation and crave physical interactions. So we want to look at ways we can cope with loneliness and continue to stay socially connected.
