Can I Sue For All These Water Cuts?

Burst pipes, river pollution, chemical discharges, maintenance work - all-too familiar reasons behind all the recent water supply disruptions in Selangor and the Klang Valley. Anger is rising at these recurring incidents, and some are wondering if the authorities can and should be sued, to prevent this from happening again. We explore whether the legal route is the way to go, to solve these water woes.
