Budget 2021 & the Arts: Is it Enough?

Under Budget 2021, RM15mil has been allocated for the Cultural Economy Development Agency (Cendana), to be used for the arts and culture sector. But after an immensely challenging year of shows, exhibitions, festivals, and most public gatherings being severely limited by the COVID-19 pandemic and the various Movement Control Orders, is this proposed amount sufficient? We speak to people from the arts and culture sector to find out what they think.
