Science seems to be telling us that the more types of birds in our lives, equals more happiness. A pair of recent studies point to the conclusion that seeing and hearing a variety of birds can improve our wellbeing, and increase our life satisfaction. In fact, scientists are saying that conservation is just as important for human well-being as financial security. We explore if birds - and nature - can free malaysians from anxiety.
