Amendments to the Poisons Act 1952?

The Poisons Act (Amendment) Bill 2019, which was tabled for its first reading in Parliament last week, generated quite a bit of conversation about the inclusion of mandatory prescriptions upon request and the possible criminalisation of doctors. We take a closer look at the amendments and what it means for doctors and patients.
